Our society offers compassionate care and support to all community members of Delta and Tsawwassen Lands who are living with a life-limiting illness, caring for someone who is, or grieving a loss.
We gratefully acknowledge that we live and work on the traditional territory of the Tsawwassen and Musqueam First Nations and of all the Hun’qumi’num speaking people who have been stewards of this land since time immemorial.
